    I am often asked for pricing for custom art. Pricing is based on watercolor paintings with up to two animals and a fairly simple background. Additional animals or very complex paintings will be slightly higher.

    Please be aware that when you request a commission from me that I will be painting in my style, which is whimsical and not usually photo-realistic. It is a good idea to become familiar with my work so that you can let me know what appeals to you from past paintings.

    A 50% deposit is required upon beginning the work. A pencil sketch will be presented via email before painting begins. Photographs of the subjects are recommended. All attempts will be made to meet your needs and requests. The table below is a guideline to "regular" sizes and papers. I also have hand made papers with deckled edges available in various sizes, and can cut custom sizes.
